The Relationship between Cognitive Function, Psychological Trauma and Family Environment in Adolescents with Schizophrenia %A 黄露茜 %J Asian Case Reports in Emergency Medicine %P 12-19 %@ 2328-0395 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACREM.2023.111003 %X 目的:了解青少年精神分裂症患者的认知功能情况,并分析家庭环境、童年心理创伤对其认知功能的影响。方法:筛选温州康宁医院符合条件的青少年精神分裂症患者,运用蒙特利尔认知功能评定量表(MoCA)、儿童期心理创伤问卷(CTQ-SF)、家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)组成的心理问卷进行现场调查。结果:青少年精神分裂症患者的认知功能平均得分在正常水平之下,大部分患者都受到不同方面不同程度的损害;家庭环境的稳定性、儿童期心理创伤问卷——情感虐待维度、患者性别及是否首发精神分裂症与患者认知功能有显著相关;且儿童期心理创伤问卷——情感虐待维度、是否首发精神分裂症可预测认知功能损害程度。结论:青少年精神分裂症患者的认知功能受损,且与患者性别、是否首发、家庭环境及童年创伤均有关联。
Objects: To understand the cognitive function of adolescents with schizophrenia and to analyze the influence of family environment and childhood psychological trauma on their cognitive function. Methods: Screening eligible patients with adoles-cent schizophrenia in Wenzhou Kangning Hospital, and using Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form (CTQ-SF), and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version (FES-CV) to field survey. Result: The average score of cognitive function of ad-olescent schizophrenia patients is under normal levels, and most patients are subject to different aspects of different degrees of damage; the stability of the family environment, the childhood trau-ma questionnaire—emotional abuse dimensions, the gender of the patients and whether the first episode schizophrenia were significantly associated with cognitive function; childhood trauma questionnaire—emotional abuse dimensions and whether the first episode of schizophrenia can predict the degree of cognitive impairment. Conclusion: The cognitive function of adolescent schiz-ophrenia is impaired, and the cognitive function is associated with the patient’s gender, whether the first episode, family environment and childhood trauma. %K 青少年精神分裂症,家庭,心理创伤,认知功能
