Study on Chemical Constituents of Itea indochinensis %A 徐芳芳 %A 罗国勇 %J Hans Journal of Medicinal Chemistry %P 35-40 %@ 2331-8295 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJMCe.2023.112006 %X 目的:研究毛鼠刺Itea indochinensis Meer的化学成分。方法:综合利用多种色谱技术对毛鼠刺枝叶的化学成分进行分离纯化,基于波谱数据分析并结合文献比对完成结构鉴定。结果:从毛鼠刺枝叶的乙酸乙酯部位中共分离鉴定7个化合物,分别为7-ketositosterol (1)、stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one (2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、植物醇(4)、十四烷酸(5)、Balansenate I (6)、三十一烷醇(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Itea indochinensis. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify compounds from the branches and leaves of Itea indochinensis. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses in combination with comparison to literature data. Results: Compounds were identified as 7-ketositosterol (1), stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one (2), β-sitosterol (3), phytol (4), myristic acid (5), Balansenate I (6), n-hentriaconly alcohol (7) from the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of Itea indochinensis. Conclusion: All compounds are identified from the Itea indochinensis for the first time. %K 毛鼠刺,分离纯化,化学成分,波谱技术
