Organizational resilience has become a hot topic in the management field, and also a key issue in practice. By using visualization tools named CiteSpace, based on CNKI database, the study analyzed 322 articles on organizational resilience CSSCI research from 2007 to 2022, in order to clarify the research context and hot spot evolution of organizational resilience in China. According to the analysis results, this study has discerned the trends of publications, the high incidence authors, journals and institutions, cooperation network of authors and institutions, the results of co-occur- rence, cluster, timeline and burstness of keywords in organizational resilience research and so on. This study found that, first, domestic scholars and institutions mostly research organizational resilience independently, lacking the cooperation of multiple authors and cross institutions, and failing to form a close and large-scale research network. Second, the research on organizational resilience originated early, but until 2019, it really became a hotspot. Third, domestic research on organizational resilience is from the outside to the inside, from the point to the surface. In conclusion, this study suggests some issues to enrich the basis and direction for the development in the field of organizational resilience.
