In this paper, n-hexane-ethanol mixed solvent was used to reduce the content of ginkgo phenolic acid, and a process design optimization idea for ginkgo powder with low phenolic acid was established. In the experiment of reducing phenolic acid content, the n-hexane concentration, elution time and elution temperature were investigated respectively. The optimal conditions for removing phenolic acid are obtained by response surface methodology: n-hexane content is 16.69%, the elution temperature is 41.73?C, and the elution time is 28.02 min. Under this condition, the phenolic acid content is less than 10 mg/kg, which meets national pharmacopoeia 2020. %K 白果粉,银杏酚酸,工艺优化
