Liquid Refractive Index Measurement Based on Digital Image Processing %A 李怡林 %A 项龙保 %A 钟洋 %J Journal of Image and Signal Processing %P 180-187 %@ 2325-6745 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/JISP.2023.122018 %X 为了快速、准确地测量透明液体的折射率,提出了一种基于数字图像处理的液体折射率测量方法。该方法从基于实验的动态测量原理出发,理论推导出基于数字处理的液体折射率表达式,对于不同种类的透明液体,仅需采集一幅装置正面图像,即可得到待测液体的折射率。将该方法应用于三种常见透明液体:清水、花生油和53?白酒在20℃下的折射率测量,结果表明折射率平均相对误差在0.15%以内。该方法的装置简单、测量速度快、测量精度高,对液体折射率的测量有一定实用价值。
In order to measure the refractive index of transparent liquid quickly and accurately, a liquid refractive index measurement method based on digital image processing is proposed. Based on the principle of dynamic measurement based on experiment, this method theoretically derives the expression of liquid refractive index based on digital processing. For different kinds of transparent liquids, only one front image of the device is needed to obtain the refractive index of the liquid to be measured. The method is applied to the refractive index measurement of three common transparent liquids: water, peanut oil and 53? liquor at 20?C. The results show that the average relative error of refractive index is within 0.15%. The device of this method is simple, the measurement speed is fast, the measurement accuracy is high, and it has certain practical value for the measurement of liquid refractive index. %K 折射率,数字图像处理,边缘检测,欧氏距离
