The Influence of Chaetomium cochliodes to the Pathogen of Rose Black Spot %A 庞鑫艳 %A 庞慧敏 %A 夏雨梦 %A 陈凡凡 %A 田慧敏 %J World Journal of Forestry %P 108-114 %@ 2169-2440 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/WJF.2023.122014 %X 为了筛选抗玫瑰黑斑病的内生真菌,本研究将一株来源于玫瑰茎部的内生真菌螺卷毛壳菌Chaetomium cochliodes作为拮抗菌与玫瑰黑斑病病原菌蔷薇盘二孢(Marssonina rosae)进行对峙培养,研究拮抗菌螺卷毛壳菌是否对玫瑰黑斑病病原菌蔷薇盘二孢具有抑制作用。研究结果表明,单独培养时,随着培养时间的延长,病原菌和拮抗菌菌落直径不断增加,不同培养时间菌落直径均具有显著性差异(P < 0.01);拮抗培养时,拮抗菌随着时间的延长菌落直径仍不断增加,且不同培养时间菌落直径具有显著性差异(P < 0.01),而病原菌在拮抗培养时菌落直径无显著性差异,拮抗菌对病原菌有显著的抑制效果,在培养72 h后抑制率达到60.7%,相对抑制率达到5.38,说明螺卷毛壳菌Chaetomium cochliodes对菌蔷薇盘二孢(Marssonina rosae)具有明显的抑制作用,可以作为防治玫瑰黑斑病的潜在生防菌。该研究结果为筛选抗玫瑰黑斑病潜在生防菌及开发利用提供理论依据。
The antagonistic effects of Chaetomium cochliodes, an endophytic fungus from the stem of Rosa ru-gosa and Marssonina rosae, the pathogen of Rose Black Spot, were studied by confrontation culture, in order to determine whether Chaetomium cochliodes could inhibit the growth of Marssonina rosae. The results showed that the diameter of Chaetomium cochliodes and Marssonina rosae increased with the culture time, and the diameter of them had significant difference at different culture time (P < 0.01) when they were cultured separately. When they were trained in confrontation, the colony diameter of Chaetomium cochliodes increased with time and had a significant difference at different culture time (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference of Marssonina rosae. And the inhibi-tory rate of Chaetomium cochliodes to Marssonina rosae was up to 60.7% and the relative inhibitory rate was 5.38 after 72 hours, which indicated that Chaetomium cochliodes had significant inhibitory effect on Marssonina rosae, it can be used as a potential biocontrol agent to control rose black spot. The results provide a basis for screening potential biocontrol agents resistant to rose black spot. %K 螺卷毛壳菌,蔷薇盘二孢,拮抗作用
