High-throughput sequencing technology is called large-scale parallel sequencing technology, and the ideal practical strains can be obtained quickly by using an efficient high-throughput sampling method and se-quencing method. For the application of the high-throughput sequencing method in bacterial strain detection, this paper summarizes the industry research, industry application development, high-throughput sequencing research and trend, and discusses the application method of high-throughput sequencing technology in strain detection, so as to improve the accuracy and effi-ciency of detection. In order to optimize the accuracy, efficiency and practical range of high-throughput sequencing technology, and then provide theoretical guidance for the accelerated detection of strains.
