This article combines the on-site example of the magnetization test of the stator core of a hydroelectric generator in a hydropower station, and lists the test preparation, testing methods, test data, calculation process, and result judgment. Through the magnetization test of the stator core, the installation level and quality of the silicon steel sheet of the stator core are inspected to ensure the manufacturing and assembly quality of the stator core of the hydroelectric generator.
