%X 数字经济作为创新战略的重要载体，是区域经济高质量发展的关键主体。本文以玉溪市为例，构建了由两个一级指标、六个二级指标组成的玉溪市数字经济与城市经济高质量发展水平评价体系，采用玉溪市统计面板数据，运用熵权法进行附权重计算，测算玉溪市数字经济与城市经济高质量发展水平之间的数值变化及内在联系，并就不利于促进两者间协调发展存在的问题提出对策建议。<br />
As an important carrier of innovation strategy, digital economy is the key subject of high-quality development of regional economy. Based on Yuxi city as an example, this paper constructed two primary index, six secondary indexes of Yuxi digital economy and urban economy development level of high quality evaluation system, which adopts the Yuxi panel data, using the entropy weight method with weighting, measuring the Yuxi digital economy and urban economy development level of high quality numerical change and the inner link between, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the problems that are not conducive to promoting the coordinated development between them.
