Research and Application Progress in Water Quality Detection by Fluorescence Spectrometry %A 谢琳 %A 姜赞成 %A 赵明富 %A 杨江林 %A 夏铭涌 %A 昝佳欣 %A 孙嘉怡 %A 汤斌 %J Journal of Water Resources Research %P 1-8 %@ 2166-5982 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %X 光谱检测法是近几年广受关注的一种水质分析方式,因其检测速度快、检测结果较为准确且不易造成二次污染受到了水质监测行业的大力推崇。文章中选取了光谱法中的荧光光谱法进行研究,介绍了荧光光谱检测原理及常用的荧光光谱谱图数据分析方法,探讨了荧光光谱法用于分析水体溶解有机物(Dissolved Organic Matter, DOM)的来源和特征的可行性,论述了目前在常规水质指标检测中荧光光谱的研究和应用进展。
Spectral method is a kind of water quality analysis method which has been widely concerned in recent years. It is highly respected by the industry of water quality monitoring because of its fast detection speed, accurate detection results and not easy to cause secondary pollution. In this paper, fluorescence spectroscopy was selected for research, the principle of fluorescence spectroscopy detection and the commonly used fluorescence spectrogram data analysis methods were introduced, the feasibility of fluorescence spectroscopy for analyzing the source and characteristics of dissolved organic matter in water was discussed, and the current research and application progress of fluorescence spectroscopy in conventional water quality index detection was discussed. %K 三维荧光光谱,数据分析,溶解有机物,水质检测
