Research on the Impact of Digital Finance on the High Quality Development of Private Enterprises %A 吴紫璇 %A 袁晨阳 %A 吴雨泽 %A 叶子莘 %J World Economic Research %P 187-199 %@ 2167-6615 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/WER.2023.122020 %X 高质量发展是“十四五”乃至更长时期我国经济社会发展的主题,而民营企业是实现供给侧结构性改革、高质量发展的重要支撑。作为传统金融服务与互联网等新兴技术结合的产物,数字金融凭借“大、智、移、云”等先进数字技术,为民营企业的进一步发展提供了有效途径。民营企业如何有效利用数字金融来实现自身高质量发展需要进一步探索与研究。本文以A股上市民营企业为研究对象,实证检验分析了数字金融对民营企业高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现:数字金融对民营企业高质量发展起到显著促进作用;数字金融可以缓解融资约束,进而对民营企业高质量发展产生积极影响;民营企业内部控制质量的提升可以强化数字金融对民营企业高质量发展的正向影响。
High quality development is the theme of China’s economic and social development during the 14th Five Year Plan period and beyond, and private enterprises are important support for achieving supply side structural reform and high-quality development. As a product of the combination of traditional financial services and emerging technologies such as the Internet, digital finance, with advanced digital technology, provides an effective way for the further development of private enterprises. Further exploration and research are needed on how private enterprises can effectively utilize digital finance to achieve high-quality development. This article takes A-share listed private enterprises as the research object, and empirically tests and analyzes the impact effect and mechanism of digital finance on the high-quality development of private enterprises. Research has found that digital finance has a significant promoting effect on the high-quality development of private enterprises; Digital finance can have a positive impact on the high-quality development of private enterprises by alleviating financing constraints; The improvement of internal control quality in private enterprises can strengthen the positive impact of digital finance on the high- quality development of private enterprises. %K 高质量发展,民营企业,数字金融,融资约束
