Application of UAV Tilt Photogrammetry Technology in Real Estate Surveying and Mapping Project %A 李金伟 %A 王建斌 %A 方喆 %A 刘萍 %J Geomatics Science and Technology %P 207-215 %@ 2329-7239 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/GST.2023.113023 %X 针对传统房地一体测量项目中全站仪、RTK方法测量效率不高的问题,本文充分利用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术的优势,在试验项目中得以应用。通过主要技术流程的阐述,详细介绍了在工程实例中的可行性。最终以某一农村房地一体测量项目为案例,比较与传统数字化测绘方法获取的房角点与边长精度。试验结果表明该技术在农村房地一体项目中不仅精度满足规范要求,而且效率大大提高。
In view of the low measurement efficiency of total station and RTK methods in the traditional building ground integration measurement project, this paper makes full use of the advantages of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology, and has been applied in the test project. By elaborating on the main technical processes, the feasibility in engineering examples was introduced in detail. Fi-nally, taking a rural real estate integrated measurement project as a case study, we compared the accuracy of corner points and side lengths obtained with traditional digital surveying methods.
