Environmental Site Investigation and Risk Assessment of a Remaining Site of a Chemical Enterprise in Chuzhou City %A 王令祥 %J Hans Journal of Soil Science %P 168-184 %@ 2329-7263 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJSS.2023.113021 %X 为研究滁州市某化工企业遗留场地土壤和地下水受污染程度,根据《污染场地风险评估技术导则》(HJ25.3-2014)对其进行场地调查,利用人体健康风险评估法对场地污染状况进行分析。结果表明:该场地规划为二类居住用地。该地块一类用地土壤点位氨非致癌危害指数全部小于1,风险可接受;二类用地土壤苯并[a]芘有1个点位(C2a 0~0.2 m)致癌风险超过1.0E?06,风险不可接受,需要进行治理修复。使用HERA软件计算出本场地苯并[a]芘的风险控制值为1.52 mg/kg (二类用地)。土壤苯并[a]芘修复范围位于1#污水沉淀池北侧,土层深度主要位于0~1.0 m,修复面积469 m2,修复土方量469 m3
In order to study the degree of soil and groundwater pollution in a chemical enterprise’s legacy site in Chuzhou City, a site investigation and risk assessment were conducted according to “The Tech-nical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Polluted Sites” (HJ25.3-2014). The results indicated that the site is planned as a Class II residential land. The non-carcinogenic risk of ammonia at all soil sites of Class I land in this plot is less than 1, indicating an acceptable risk. There is one point (C2a 0~0.2 m) in the soil of Class II land where the carcinogenic risk of benzo [a] pyrene exceeds 1.0E?06, which is unacceptable and requires remediation. The risk control value of benzo [a] pyrene at this site was calculated using HERA software to be 1.52 mg/kg (for Class II land use). The remediation range of soil benzo [a] pyrene is located on the north side of the 1 # sewage sedimentation tank, with a depth of 0~1.0 m, a remediation area of 469 m2, and a remediation earthwork volume of 469 m3. %K 化工企业,场地调查,风险评估,土壤和地下水
