This article describes the infection factors, pathogenicity, epidemiology, transmission routes, incubation period, physical inactivation, suscep-tibility and preventive treatment of H1N1, studied the methods of risk identification, risk analysis, risk control and risk evaluation of H1N1. The risks posed by experimental samples, experimental contents, facilities and equipment, misused/malicious use and accidents/incidents, and external activities to H1N1 were analyzed, presented conclusions such as the recommendation to classify MPV as an important animal infectious disease in import. %K 实验室活动,甲型H1N1病毒,风险识别,风险分析,风险控制,风险评价
