%X 刺梨是药食同源民族药，具有多种活性成分，其果渣是加工后产生的副产物。果渣中所含成分种类与刺梨的相似，具有抗氧化，抗衰老，降血糖，降血脂等功效，具有很高的利用价值，但如今仍未被很好的开发利用，造成较大环境污染和资源浪费。刺梨果渣的合理开发利用，对延长刺梨产业链和解决其带来的环境污染有重要意义，现对刺梨果渣主要成分、功能作用，及开发利用的现状进行整理归纳。<br />
Rosa roxburghii is a kind of ethnic medicine with homology of medicine and food, and has a variety of active ingredients. Rosa roxburghii pomace is a by-product produced after Rosa roxburghii processing. The content of fruit dregs is similar to that of Rosa roxburghii, which has the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-aging, lowering blood sugar and blood lipid. It has high utilization value, but it has not yet been well developed and utilized, causing significant environmental pollution and resource waste. The reasonable development and utilization of Rosa roxburghii pomace is of great significance for extending the Rosa roxburghii industry chain and solving the environmental pollution it brings. In this paper, the main components, functions and the present situation of development and utilization of Rosa roxburghii pomace are summarized.
