Rosa roxburghii is a kind of ethnic medicine with homology of medicine and food, and has a variety of active ingredients. Rosa roxburghii pomace is a by-product produced after Rosa roxburghii processing. The content of fruit dregs is similar to that of Rosa roxburghii, which has the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-aging, lowering blood sugar and blood lipid. It has high utilization value, but it has not yet been well developed and utilized, causing significant environmental pollution and resource waste. The reasonable development and utilization of Rosa roxburghii pomace is of great significance for extending the Rosa roxburghii industry chain and solving the environmental pollution it brings.
