Effect of MS-222 on Anesthesia and Physiological and Biochemical Indicators of Silver Carp Fingerling %A 罗相忠 %A 童杰 %A 梁宏伟 %A 李晓晖 %A 邹桂伟 %A 崔峰 %J Open Journal of Fisheries Research %P 99-109 %@ 2373-1451 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/OJFR.2023.103012 %X 为研究麻醉剂MS-222对鲢的麻醉效果,比较分析了MS-222在高浓度分别为50、70、90、110、130 mg/L下诱导鲢进入各个阶段麻醉期以及复苏期的时间,及施麻后呼吸频率的变化。研究了10、20、30 mg/L MS-222低浓度下对鲢肝脏、脾脏、鳃组织的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性影响。结果表明:MS-222溶液在高浓度条件下,110~130 mg/L为有效浓度,麻醉效果最好,适合对鲢进行短时间操作;在低浓度条件下,20~30 mg/L浓度试验组酶活高于对照组,且在一定时间内保持稳定,说明对鲢鱼种在长时间内保持麻醉效果,适宜对鲢进行长途运输。
In order to analyze the anesthetic effect of the anesthetic MS-222 on silver carp, the time of MS-222 inducing silver carp to entering various stages of anesthesia and resuscitation at high concentrations of 50, 70, 90, 110, 130 mg/L were studied. Effects of alkaline phosphatase (AKP), acid phosphatase (ACP) and catalase (CAT) in liver, spleen and gill tissues of silver carp at low concentrations of 10, 20, 30 mg/L were observed. The results showed the anesthesia effect is the best at the effective concentration 110~130 mg/L under high concentration groups, which is suitable for short-term operations on silver carp, such as surgery. Under the concentration ranged from 20 to 30 mg/L, the enzyme activity of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group, which may remain stable for a certain period of time, such as fish transportation. %K 长丰鲢,MS-222,呼吸频率,碱性磷酸酶,酸性磷酸酶,过氧化氢酶
