%X 人体中的维生素D发挥调节钙和磷代谢的作用，而维生素D在糖尿病的发展中起着重要作用，其对身体代谢功能影响的细节也慢慢显现。目前，维生素D与糖尿病发病率的关系以及补充维生素D是否能缓解糖尿病患者的血糖状态已逐渐成为国内外的热点话题。本文综述了近年来有关维生素D与糖尿病关系的文献。Body’s vitamin D plays a role in the regulation of both calcium and phosphate metabolism, and vitamin D plays an important role in the progression of diabetes mellitus, and the detailed effects of its impact on the metabolic functions of the bodies are slowly revealed. Now, the connection between vitamin D and the morbidity of diabetes mellitus and the question of whether vitamin D replenishment can ease the blood glucose status of diabetic patients has increasingly become a hot subject both at domestic and international level. In this article, we overview the literature on the link between vitamin D and diabetes mellitus from the last few years.
