In this paper, fixed power ultrasound assisting alkaline solution was used to reduce the content of ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba and establish a new process for reducing the allergenic substances of ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba powder. The authors explored the single-factor effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, and the amount of glycerol added to the alkaline solution, and further optimized the process parameters through orthogonal design: extraction time of 40 minutes, ex-traction temperature of 40?C and the amount of glycerol added to the alkaline solution of 15‰. Under this condition, the ginkgolic acid content is 1.35 μg/ml, which meets the standard of the National Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition. %K 超声辅助,白果,银杏酚酸,工艺优化
