Human resources are the core of technological innovation and the fundamental guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises. In order to improve its competitiveness, enterprises must fully tap the potential of human resources, start from the level of human resources management system, give full play to the role of system and corporate culture, and continue to enhance the strength and advantage of enterprises in today’s complex economic environment. At present, there are some problems and deficiencies in the human resources management of state-owned enterprises, and it is urgent to analyze the root causes of the problems, and actively reform the management system and measures based on their actual conditions.
