Students majoring in agriculture are the main force to promote the revitalization of rural talents. Based on the needs of talent training for rural revitalization, ideological and political teachers should deeply analyze the teaching contents of the course from the three dimensions of knowledge, quality and ability which make clear the main objectives of serving the revitalization of the coun-tryside. In view of the problems existing in the current rural revitalization of ideological and politi-cal courses in agricultural higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient theoretical depth, insufficient practical strength and insufficient emotional temperature, this paper puts forward the strate-gies to solve the above problems from the three angles of innovative teaching design, strengthening practical teaching and improving the actual effect of educating people, so as to help the rural revitalization of talent training. %K 乡村振兴,农业高职院校,思政课,人才
