%X 本文运用乘积算子的谱的性质，研究了两个无界线性算子乘积的共轭算子。 给出了(AB)<sup>？</sup>=B<sup>？</sup>A<sup>？</sup>成立的充分条件，作为应用，刻画了无穷维Hamilton算子的辛自伴性。<br />
In this paper, the adjoint operator of the product of two unbounded linear operators is studied by using the spectral properties of the product operator. Some sufficient conditions for (AB)<sup>？</sup> = B<sup>？</sup>A<sup>？</sup> are given. As applications, the symplectic self-adjointness of infinite dimensional Hamiltonian operator is characterized.
