%X 在全球信息化的浪潮中，我国司法体制的改革进程已经进入到了重点时期，在社会转型加速的背景下，由于纠纷数量急剧上升，纠纷规模越加庞大，纠纷类型越加复杂，人民对于公平公正、高效便捷的司法服务需求也变得尤为强烈。为了更好地缓解司法压力，促使法院更加行之有效的开展信息化建设，党中央、国务院、最高人民法院也相继在不同的场合提出建设我国的“智慧法院”，以满足人民对于我国司法的高展望、新期待与强需求。智慧法院是现如今法院信息化程度的体现，通过软硬件设施的搭建并以人工智能进行辅佐，打造出具有智能化、网络化、阳光化、数据化特色的智慧法院。本文将对智慧法院进行理论分析，着重诠释其自身特色，并在此基础上探索智慧法院的历史发展进程。<br />
In the tide of global information, our country’s reform of the judicial system has entered the key period, under the background of accelerated social transformation, due to the number of disputes rises sharply, the scale of disputes is larger, the types of disputes are more complex, the people’s demand for fair and just, efficient and convenient judicial service also become particularly strong. In order to better ease the judicial pressure and promote the court to carry out information construction more effectively, the Party Central Committee, the State Council, and the Supreme People’s Court have also put forward the construction of China’s “smart court” on different occasions to meet the people’s high prospects, new expectations and strong needs for China’s justice. Smart court is the embodiment of the information level of today’s courts. Through the construction of hardware and software facilities and assisted by artificial intelligence, a smart court with intelligent, net-worked, sunny and data-oriented characteristics is created. This paper will make a theoretical analysis of the wisdom court, focus on its own characteristics, and explore the historical development process of the wisdom court on this basis.
