In 2022, the new curriculum standards put forward higher requirements for junior high school students’ geometric intuition and abstract ability. The essence is whether they can guide students to discover mathematical models with mathematical eyes and express them with rigorous thinking and mathematical language. In practical teaching, the idea of geometric model is often neglected or unreasonably applied.
