%X 社会心理服务体系是运用心理学、社会学规律解决社会群众心理问题、减少和化解社会矛盾、创新社会治理方式的关键切入口。农村是社会心理服务体系建设的薄弱环节和重要场域，是社会心理服务体系扎根基层的重要抓手。当前，农村社会心理服务体系建设仍然面临建设主体缺失与现有心理教师资源浪费的发展矛盾、村民在实践中思想与行动脱节的发展困境。要加大对人才的引进和重视力度、采取“接地气”的工作方式，提高社会心理服务体系与传统农村社会的契合度，以理性平和、积极良好的社会心态助力农村社会的现代化转型与发展。<br />
The social psychological service system is a key entry point for solving the psychological problems of the social masses, reducing and resolving social contradictions, and innovating social governance methods by using the laws of psychology and sociology. Rural areas are the weak link and important field of the construction of social psychological service system, and it is an important starting point for the social psychological service system to take root at the grassroots level. At present, the con-struction of rural social psychological service system still faces the development contradiction be-tween the lack of construction subject and the waste of existing psychological teacher resources, and the development dilemma of villagers’ disconnection between thought and action in practice. It is necessary to increase the introduction and attention of talents, adopt a “down-to-earth” working method, improve the fit between the social psychological service system and the traditional rural society, and help the modern transformation and development of rural society with a rational and peaceful, positive and good social mentality.
