%X 本文通过探讨企业知识产权管理存在的知识产权管理制度不健全，知识产权管理人才匮乏，知识产权意识薄弱等相关问题，提出了加强企业对知识产权管理的认知，进一步提升知识产权管理制定和完善战略规划，确保知识产权人才队伍的稳定，同时加强对企业知识产权教育，提升其知识产权创造和运用能力的对策建议，为了提升企业的技术创新能力和核心竞争力，处理好知识产权管理的问题至关重要。通过这些方式，企业可以有效地应对知识产权管理方面的挑战，确保知识产权的保护和价值的最大化。<br />
This paper discusses the existing problems of intellectual property management in enterprises, such as imperfect intellectual property management system, lack of intellectual property management personnel and weak awareness of intellectual property, and proposes to strengthen enterprises’ cognition of intellectual property management, further improve the development and improvement of strategic planning of intellectual property management, and ensure the stability of intellectual property personnel team. At the same time, it is important to strengthen the intellectual property education of enterprises and improve their ability to create and use intellectual property. In order to enhance the technological innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises, it is very important to deal with the problem of intellectual property management. In these ways, enterprises can effectively address the challenges of IP management and ensure the protection and maximum value of intellectual property.
