%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">实习生实习带教方法对提高护理工作和护理质量具有重要价值。实习生在校期间完成了护理学科的基本知识理论，已经具备了一定的护理理论知识。通过实习阶段的轮转学习将所学的理论知识巧妙的应用于手术室的护理工作中，在应用过程中，带教老师需要重点培养实习生的独立思考能力和实际护理操作能力，鼓励实习生善于发现问题、分析问题和解决问题。我们在手术室护理工作中将OMP教学法有效应用，在很大程度上能提高实习生的学习能力、培养实习生的学习兴趣，提高实习生的手术室护理操作，并充分调动实习生的积极性，对提高护理教学工作具有重要价值。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Intern teaching method is of great value to improve nursing work and nursing quality. The intern has completed the basic knowledge theory of nursing during the school, and has a certain knowledge of nursing theory. Through the rotating learning in the internship stage, the theoretical knowledge will be skillfully applied to the nursing work in the operating room. In the application process, the tutor should focus on cultivating the independent thinking ability and practical nursing operation ability of the intern, and encourage the intern to be good at finding, analyzing and solving problems. The effective application of OMP teaching method in operating room nursing can greatly improve the learning ability of interns, cultivate their learning interest, improve their operating room nursing operation, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of interns, which is of great value to improve nursing teaching.</span>
