Numerical Simulation of PVB Laminated Glass Based on Blast Impacts %A 朱根平 %J Modeling and Simulation %P 265-275 %@ 2324-870X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MOS.2024.131026 %X 玻璃具有强度高和透光性好等性能,在生活中得到广泛应用。但玻璃本身是一种典型的脆性材料,在高能量地冲击载荷下出现裂纹损伤,并产生高速飞溅的玻璃碎片,造成极大的安全危害。因此本文研究PVB夹层玻璃在爆炸冲击下的动态响应,采用Hypermesh建立了夹层玻璃的有限元模型,并通过Ls-Dyna软件模拟了爆炸冲击过程,玻璃单元设置失效应力应变值,模拟玻璃的损伤行为。经过仿真计算,爆炸冲击波的过程曲线吻合理论上爆炸反应趋势,并且玻璃各部分的损伤云图和能量吸收率吻合玻璃在强载荷下的响应。因此本文为研究爆炸冲击下PVB夹层玻璃的响应提供了一定的方法。
Glass has high strength and good light transmittance, and is widely used in daily life. But glass itself is a typical brittle material, which can crack and damage under high-energy impact loads, and pro-duce high-speed splashing glass fragments, causing great safety hazards. Therefore, this article studies the dynamic response of PVB laminated glass under blast impact. A finite element model of laminated glass was established using Hypermesh, and the blast impact process was simulated us-ing Ls-Dyna software. The failure stress-strain values of glass elements were set to simulate the damage behavior of glass. After simulation calculations, the process curve of the blast impact wave conforms to the theoretical trend of the explosion reaction, and the damage cloud map and energy absorption rate of each part of the glass match the response of the glass under strong loads. There-fore, this article provides a certain method for studying the response of PVB laminated glass under blast impact. %K PVB夹层玻璃,裂纹损伤,爆炸冲击,Ls-Dyna
