Study on Pyrolysis Characteristics of Medium-Metamorphic Coal at Different Heating Rates %A 王会昊 %A 王耀宗 %A 邵振宝 %A 关钰荣 %A 刘剑 %J Mine Engineering %P 29-37 %@ 2329-731X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ME.2024.121004 %X 为了研究中等变质煤不同升温速率下对于热解过程的影响,通过使用同步热分析仪对于样品进行热解,研究3种中等变质煤在不同升温速率(10?C、20?C、30?C/min)的条件下升高至600?C的热解情况,采用Coats-Redfern方法,来分析热解最大反应速率时的热解过程,并通过数学拟合得出热解动力学参数。结果表明:中等变质煤的活化能和频率因子会随着升温速率的增大而升高,在热解过程中主要分为脱水脱气阶段、主要分解阶段以及二次脱气阶段,并随着升温速率的提升,热解失重率表现为降低的趋势。
In order to study the effects of different heating rates on the pyrolysis process of medi-um-metamorphic coals, samples of three medium-metamorphic coals were pyrolyzed at different heating rates (10?C, 20?C, 30?C/min) to 600?C by using a synchronous thermal analyzer. The Coats-Redfern method was adopted. The pyrolysis process at the maximum reaction rate was an-alyzed, and the kinetic parameters of pyrolysis were obtained by mathematical fitting. The results show that the activation energy and frequency factor of medium-metamorphic coal increase with the increase of heating rate, and the pyrolysis process is mainly divided into dehydration degassing stage, main decomposition stage and secondary degassing stage. With the increase of heating rate, the pyrolysis weight loss rate shows a decreasing trend. %K 煤热解,热重分析,非等温,动力学参数
