%X 目的：观察药食窝头对住院２型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法：根据纳入与排除标准，筛选自2021年12月~2022年12月就诊于乌鲁木齐市中医医院住院部内分泌科的2型糖尿病患者60例，辨证为脾失健运、湿阻中焦证。根据随机数字表，将60例患者随机分为试验组与对照组，每组各30例。组在维持原有降糖方案基础上待血糖稳定2周后(糖化血红蛋白HbA1c ≤ 8.0%)采用不同饮食，对照组主食采用白面馒头，试验组采用同质量的药食窝头，治疗周期为14天。对比两组治疗后的临床疗效、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、体质量指数(BMI)、腹围(AC)、DMQLS量表、中医症候积分。结果：试验组总有效率88.6%，对照组为75.4%，经卡方检验，两组临床疗效相当(P &gt; 0.05)；中医症候积分、DMQLS量表试验组明显优于对照组(P &lt; 0.05)；试验组FBG、2hPBG、BMI、AC控制情况均优于对照组(P &lt; 0.05)。结论：药食窝头配方符合中医辨证施膳原则，可有效稳定地控制2型糖尿病患者血糖水平，与白面馒头相比，具有显著优势。<br. objective:=\"\" to=\"\" observe=\"\" the=\"\" effect=\"\" of=\"\" medicinal=\"\" wotou=\"\" on=\"\" blood=\"\" glucose=\"\" in=\"\" hospitalized=\"\" patients=\"\" with=\"\" type=\"\" 2=\"\" diabetes=\"\" mellitus.=\"\" methods:=\"\" a=\"\" total=\"\" 60=\"\" mellitus=\"\" who=\"\" were=\"\" treated=\"\" endocrinology=\"\" department=\"\" inpatient=\"\" urumqi=\"\" traditional=\"\" chinese=\"\" medicine=\"\" hospital=\"\" and=\"\" met=\"\" inclusion=\"\" exclusion=\"\" criteria=\"\" from=\"\" december=\"\" 2021=\"\" 2022=\"\" screened,=\"\" divided=\"\" into=\"\" test=\"\" group=\"\" control=\"\" according=\"\" random=\"\" number=\"\" table=\"\" method.=\"\" two=\"\" groups=\"\" used=\"\" different=\"\" diets=\"\" for=\"\" weeks=\"\" after=\"\" maintaining=\"\" original=\"\" glucose-lowering=\"\" regimen=\"\" (hba=\"\" 1=\"\" c=\"\" hb=\"\" a1c=\"\" 8.0%).=\"\" white=\"\" flour=\"\" steamed=\"\" bread=\"\" as=\"\" staple=\"\" food,=\"\" obser-vation=\"\" diet=\"\" same=\"\" quality=\"\" wotou,=\"\" treatment=\"\" pe-riod=\"\" was=\"\" 14=\"\" days,=\"\" then=\"\" compare=\"\" clinical=\"\" efficacy,=\"\" fasting=\"\" (fbg),=\"\" 2-hour=\"\" postprandi-al=\"\" (2hpbg),=\"\" body=\"\" mass=\"\" index=\"\" (bmi),=\"\" tcm=\"\" symptom=\"\" score.=\"\" results:=\"\" re-sponse=\"\" rate=\"\" 88.6%,=\"\" 75.4%.=\"\" efficacy=\"\" equiva-lent=\"\" (p=\"\"> 0.05); the total score of TCM symptoms and DMQLS scale were significantly better than that of the control group (P &lt; 0.05); the control of FBG, 2hPBG and BMI in the test group was better than that of the control group (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: The formula of medicinal Wotou complies with the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation, which can effectively stabilize and control the blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and has significant advantages compared with the steamed bread with white flour.</br.>
