The Development of Career Education from the Perspective of Policy Evolution %A 殷越 %A 杨月霞 %J Vocational Education %P 194-198 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/VE.2024.131032 %X 近年来,高校毕业生人数逐年攀升,就业形势依然严峻。在此背景下,高校提出将就业指导服务前置,重视生涯教育的施行,以期提升毕业生就业质量。但是目前来看,生涯教育在我国尚属于新生事物,仍具有较大发展空间。通过对生涯教育的政策演变过程进行梳理,可以发现我国生涯教育发展存在未形成体系、缺乏合理评价机制、宣传不到位等问题。对此,本研究认为可以从以下方面改进:一、发挥合力作用,构建生涯教育体系;二、规范评价机制,及时反馈调整;三、拓宽宣传途径,加大宣传力度。
In recent years, the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year, and the employment situation remains severe. In this context, universities propose to prioritize employment guidance services and attach importance to the implementation of career education, in order to improve the quality of employment for graduates. However, currently, career education is still a new phenomenon in China and still has significant development potential. By sorting out the policy evolution process of career education, it can be found that there are problems in the development of career education in China, such as an incomplete system, a lack of reasonable evaluation mechanisms, and inadequate publicity. In this regard, this study suggests that im-provements can be made in the following areas: Firstly, leveraging collaborative efforts to build a career education system; secondly, standardize the evaluation mechanism and provide timely feedback and adjustments; thirdly, expand publicity channels and increase publicity efforts. %K 生涯教育,政策演变,就业质量
