%X 本文论述了高位复杂肛瘘的新技术，并对改进挂线、保留括约肌、封闭注射术等进行了介绍。目前，对高位复杂肛瘘的治疗仍以改进的挂线引流方式为主，近年来采用的保留括约肌的手术方式，可以有效地降低患者的肛门功能失禁，彻底治疗高位复杂的肛瘘。<br />
This article discusses the new technologies and techniques for high complex anal fistula, and intro-duces the improvement of thread hanging, sphincter preservation, and closed injection surgery. At present, the treatment of high complex anal fistula mainly relies on improved thread hanging and drainage methods. In recent years, the surgical method of preserving the sphincter has been adopted, which can effectively reduce patients’ anal incontinence and completely treat high com-plex anal fistula.
