%X 本文通过田野调查、与当地居民及村干部进行访谈，并将其整理为文字材料，指出目前人口较少民族村寨里人力资源开发存在的问题，进一步分析了我国人口较少民族村寨关于人力资源开发模式的困境，基于此，对其人力资源开发模式进行了相应的探索，希望能给德宏州人口较少民族村寨一些理论上的借鉴。<br />
This article conducts field investigations, interviews with local residents and village officials, and compiles them into written materials to point out the problems in human resource development in ethnic villages with relatively small populations. It further analyzes the difficulties of human re-source development models in ethnic villages with relatively small populations in China, and based on this, explores their human resource development models accordingly, I hope to provide some theoretical references for ethnic villages with relatively small populations in Dehong Prefecture.
