With the continuous northward movement of rainfall, slope stability decreases in northwest China. In this paper, geological prospecting and sampling of undisturbed loess in Chang’an District of Xi’an were carried out and indoor triaxial compression tests were conducted to obtain the c and φ values of the shear strength of the soil samples. A model was established based on practical engineering cases, and the strength reduction method of Abaqus software was used to verify the stability coefficient of the slope. It is of great significance for slope stability analysis and protection measures in northwest China. %K 原状黄土,安全系数,抗剪强度,边坡稳定性
