Effects of Sodium Selenite at Different Concentrations on Biomass and Nutrient Composition of Cardamine occulta %A 胡回 %A 刘星 %J International Journal of Ecology %P 20-29 %@ 2324-7975 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/IJE.2024.131003 %X 以荆州市野生碎米荠为试材,采用叶面喷施硒肥和基质栽培的方式,研究了喷施质量分数为0 (CK)、15、30、45 mg?L?1亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)对碎米荠生长和营养成分的影响,并进行相关性和回归分析,以期为碎米荠人工补硒栽培技术提供实践依据。结果表明,在不同亚硒酸钠质量分数处理下,鲜重、干重、可溶性糖、维生素C、膳食纤维和氨基酸含量均呈现先上升后下降趋势,均在30 mg?L?1 Na2SeO3处理下达到最大值;可溶性蛋白质含量与硒含量均呈升高趋势,在45 mg?L?1 Na2SeO3处理下到达最大值。相关性分析表明维生素C对鲜重、可溶性糖和氨基酸正向相关,可溶性蛋白质与硒含量正向相关;回归分析表明Na2SeO3质量分数超过30 mg?L?1左右,碎米荠硒积累速率下降,可溶性蛋白积累速率稳定。综上所述,喷施硒肥能促进碎米荠的生长,30 mg?L?1 Na2SeO3处理下碎米荠的生长量和营养成分最优,该结果可为碎米荠人工补硒栽培提供理论数据参考。
The effects of selenium fertilizer spraying on the growth and nutrient composition of wild Cardamine occulta in Jingzhou City with mass fraction 0 (CK), 15, 30, 45 mg?L?1 sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) were studied. The correlation and regression analysis were conducted. In order to provide a practical basis for the cultivation technology of artificial selenium supplements of Cardamine occulta. The results showed that the contents of fresh weight, dry weight, soluble sugar, vitamin C, dietary fiber and amino acid all increased first and then decreased under different sodium selenite mass fraction treatments, and reached the maximum value under 30 mg?L?1 Na2SeO3 treatment. Soluble protein content and selenium content both showed an increasing trend and reached the maximum value at 45 mg?L?1 Na2SeO3 treatment. The correlation analysis showed that vitamin C was positively correlated with fresh weight, soluble sugar and amino acid, and soluble protein was positively correlated with selenium content. Regression analysis showed that when the mass fraction of Na2SeO3 exceeded 30 mg?L?1, the accumulation rate of selenium decreased and the accumulation rate of soluble protein stabilized. In conclusion, selenium fertilizer spraying can promote the growth of Cardamine occulta, and the growth amount and nutrient composition of Cardamine occulta under the treatment of 30 mg?L?1 Na2SeO3 are the best, which can provide theoretical data reference for the cultivation of artificial selenium supplementation of Cardamine occulta. %K 碎米荠,硒浓度,硒含量,营养成分
