%X 随着数字经济的不断发展，数字藏品逐渐在经济市场中崭露头角，数字藏品行业在数字经济市场发展中的重要性日益显现，也逐渐引起众多业界的关注。然而，目前受到法律、经济等方面的限制，数字藏品的版权保护还面临很多问题。本文首先对数字藏品的可版权性进行分析，并从数字藏品交易模式的视角分别对数字藏品铸造者、数字藏品购买者以及数字藏品交易平台的侵权行为进行探析，并对如何提升数字藏品收藏价值、加强平台监管及数字藏品的版权保护等方面提出可行性对策。<br />
With the continuous development of the digital economy, digital collectibles have gradually emerged in the economic market. The significance of the digital collectibles industry in the development of the digital economy market is increasingly evident, attracting attention from various sectors. However, currently constrained by legal, economic, and other factors, copyright protection for digital collectibles faces numerous challenges. This paper begins by analyzing the copyright ability of digital collectibles. From the perspective of the digital collectibles trading model, it examines the infringement actions of digital collectible creators, consumers of digital collectibles, and digital collectibles trading platforms. Feasible strategies are then proposed for enhancing the collectible value of digital items, strengthening platform supervision, and improving copyright protection for digital collectibles.
