%X 文章以暴力三角理论为基础，从结构暴力、文化暴力和直接暴力三方面，探讨了性别暴力的成因和治理措施。传统父权制度导致性别不平等，男性主体性凝视下的性别刻板印象加剧了暴力行为，话语权争夺下的性别歧视也是直接暴力的表现。为了治理性别暴力，需要加强教育，培育性别平等的价值观；多元宣传，打破性别刻板印象；完善立法，严惩性别暴力行为。通过共同努力，为建立一个没有性别暴力的社会，实现性别平等和尊重的目标，贡献一份绵薄之力。<br />
Based on the triangle theory of violence, this paper discusses the causes and governance measures of gender-based violence from three aspects: Structural violence, cultural violence and direct violence. The traditional patriarchal system leads to gender inequality, gender stereotypes under the male subjective gaze exacerbate violence, and gender discrimination under the struggle for discourse power is also a manifestation of direct violence. In order to combat gender-based violence, education needs to be strengthened to foster the values of gender equality, diversified propaganda to break down gender stereotypes, and improve legislation to severely punish gender-based violence. By working together, we will contribute to the establishment of a society free of gender-based violence and the realization of the goal of gender equality and respect.
