The Generative Logic and Path Choice of Promoting Rural Cultural Poverty Alleviation in the New Era %A 杨怡馨 %J Modern Management %P 207-213 %@ 2160-732X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MM.2024.142028 %X 乡村文化扶贫主要是指从文化和精神层面给乡村地区群众提供帮助,从而提高乡村地区群众的文化素养,促进乡村全面振兴。在新时代,对于乡村地区需要强化精神文化层面的支持,只有扶知识、扶技能、扶思路,才能给乡村地区注入可持续发展的动力,实现脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接。长期以来,我国的乡村建设存在重经济扶贫而轻文化扶贫、物质脱贫和精神脱贫不同步、乡村文化治理服从市场逻辑和行政力量过度支配的现象。基于此,本文在厘清乡村文化扶贫生成逻辑的前提下,分析了新时代乡村文化扶贫面临的四个困境,即生存困境、传播困境、主体困境和认同困境,并针对困境提出了营造空间、融合互鉴、协同脱贫、精准扶智四条可行路径。
Rural cultural poverty alleviation mainly refers to providing help to the masses in rural areas from the cultural and spiritual level, so as to improve the cultural literacy of the masses in rural areas and promote the overall revitalization of the countryside. In the new era, rural areas need to strengthen spiritual and cultural support, and only by supporting knowledge, skills, and ideas can rural areas be injected with the impetus for sustainable development, and the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization can be achieved. For a long time, China’s rural construction has been paying more attention to economic poverty alleviation and less attention to cultural poverty alleviation, material poverty alleviation and spiritual poverty alleviation are not synchronized, rural cultural governance is subject to market logic and administrative forces are excessively controlled. Based on this, on the premise of clarifying the logic of rural cultural poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes the four dilemmas faced by rural cultural poverty alleviation in the new era, namely, the survival dilemma, the communication dilemma, the main body dilemma and the identity dilemma, and puts forward four feasible paths to create space, integrate and learn from each other, coordinate poverty alleviation and accurately foster wisdom. %K 新时代,乡村文化扶贫,生成逻辑,路径选择
