Application of Rain Classroom Joint Workshop in Training Nursing Interns’ Clinical Communication Ability %A 赵佳 %A 张瑶 %A 侯靖宇 %A 杨荣丽 %A 王建玲 %J Nursing Science %P 193-200 %@ 2168-5614 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/NS.2024.132028 %X 目的:探讨雨课堂联合工作坊在护理实习生临床沟通能力提升中的培训效果。方法:选取2022年6月~2023年4月在新乡医学院第一附属医院实习的护理专业学生303名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将护理实习生分为观察组和对照组(观察组153人,对照组150人),观察组采用雨课堂联合工作坊开展为期9周的沟通能力提升培训,对照组采用传统带教模式。比较两组学生的临床沟通能力、人际交往效能感、职业获益感。结果:培训后观察组学生临床沟通能力(100.67 ± 7.29)、人际交往效能(150.20 ± 10.90)、职业获益感(126.87 ± 9.84)得分均显著高于对照组(t值分别为?10.347,?5.449,?2.945,P值均 < 0.01);培训后,观察组护士对教学方法的认可度较高,总体评价认可142人(92.8%)。结论:雨课堂联合工作坊培训可以有效提高护理专业实习生的临床沟通能力、人际交往效能及职业获益感。
Objective: To explore the training effect of Rain Classroom Joint Workshop in improving the communication ability of nursing interns. Methods: A total of 303 nursing students who practiced in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects, and the nursing interns were divided into research group (n = 153) and control group (n = 150) by random number table method, the research group used Rain Classroom Joint Workshop to carry out the communication ability improvement training for 9 weeks, and the control group used the traditional teaching mode. The clinical communication skills, interpersonal association efficacy, and professional benefits were compared between the two groups of interns. Results: After the training, the scores of clinical communication ability (100.67 ± 7.29), interpersonal association efficacy (150.20 ± 10.90) and professional benefits (126.87 ± 9.84) of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t values were ?10.347, ?5.449, ?2.945, P values are all < 0.01); after the training, the nurses in the research group had a high degree of recognition of the teaching method, and 142 nurses (92.8%) recognized the overall evaluation. Conclusion: Rain Classroom Joint Workshop training can effectively improve the clinical communication ability, interpersonal association efficacy and professional benefits sense of nursing interns. %K 临床沟通能力,实习生,雨课堂,工作坊,护理教学,护理
