%X 进入移动互联网传播时代，复杂多变的网络环境和杂音噪声不断的舆论场使主流媒体在网络舆论引导方面的难度大增，通过全面深入学习领会习近平文化思想，客观分析主流媒体新闻舆论工作面临的形势，本文提出要加强统一领导，调动各方力量，采取灵活措施，着力提升主流媒体的网络舆论引导能力，牢牢掌握网络舆论场的主导权，创造清朗和谐的网络舆论环境。<br />
Entering the era of mobile internet communication, the complex and changeable network environment and the continuous noise of public opinion field have greatly increased the difficulty of mainstream media in network public opinion guidance. Through comprehensive and in-depth study and understanding of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought, and objective analysis of the situation faced by mainstream media news and public opinion work, this article proposes to strengthen unified leadership, mobilize all forces, take flexible measures, strive to improve the network public opinion guidance ability of mainstream media, firmly grasp the dominance of the network public opinion field, and create a clear and harmonious online public opinion environment.
