%X 新时代以来，党中央将生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义事业“五位一体”总体布局中，以前所未有的坚定决心狠抓生态文明建设，国内环境质量显著提升。同时，中国在环境治理、生态修复方面进行的诸多开拓性探索，为全球生态环境治理贡献了中国智慧，让中国成为全球环境治理的重要推动者与引领者，其成功经验在于中国有科学的生态文明正确指引、坚强的组织领导，优越的制度保障、十四亿中国人民的共同努力。<br />
Since the new era, the CPC Central Committee has included the construction of ecological civilization in the overall layout of the \"five-in-one\" cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and paid close attention to the construction of ecological civilization with unprecedented firm determination, and the quality of the domestic environment has significantly improved. At the same time, China's many pioneering explorations in environmental governance and ecological restoration have contributed Chinese wisdom to global ecological and environmental governance, making China an important promoter and leader in global environmental governance. Its successful experience lies in the correct guidance of China's scientific ecological civilization, strong organizational leadership, superior institutional guarantee, and the joint efforts of 1.4 billion Chinese people.
