Method: Using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform (V2.3.7) to collect outpatient medical records of urticaria patients from Professor Xu Aiqin from August 1, 2022 to July 30, 2023, establish a database, and analyze the standardized database through fre-quency statistics, drug attribute analysis, association analysis, and hierarchical clustering. Result: A total of 193 medical records were collected, involving 171 traditional Chinese medicines. Among them, the most frequently used drugs were Fangfeng, Burdock, Poria cocos, etc. The medicinal properties are mainly composed of calmness, warmth, and coldness, while the medicinal taste is mainly composed of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness.
