The Influence of Digital Economy on the Innovation Performance of High-Tech Industry %A 管懿婷 %A 周敏 %J Pure Mathematics %P 492-503 %@ 2160-7605 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/PM.2024.142048 %X 通过构建2011~2020年30个省级面板数据,实证检验数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效的关系。研究结果显示:数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效具有显著正向影响,在滞后一期和二期后,数字经济仍能够显著提升高技术产业的创新绩效;数字经济发展对高技术产业创新绩效的影响在不同规模、不同经济发展水平地区存在异质性,其中,大规模、经济发展水平较高地区的数字经济发展更能有效促进高技术产业创新绩效;知识产权保护在数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效的影响中存在双重门槛效应,且数字经济对高技术产业创新绩效的影响始终为正。基于此,提出持续优化数字基础设施建设、推动区域数字经济协调发展、优化知识产权保护体系等建议。
By constructing 30 provincial panel data from 2011~2020, empirically test the relationship be-tween digital economy and the innovation performance of high-tech industries. The research results show that: digital economy has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech industries, after lagging the first and second phases, the digital economy can still sig-nificantly improve the innovation performance of high-tech industries; the influence of digital econ-omy development on the innovation performance of high-tech industries has heterogeneity in dif-ferent scales and different economic development levels, among them, the development of digital economy in areas with large-scale and high level of economic development can effectively promote the innovation performance of high-tech industries; intellectual property protection has a double threshold effect in the influence of digital economy on the innovation performance of high-tech industries, and the influence of digital economy on the innovation performance of high-tech industries has always be positive. Based on this, suggestions are put forward to continuously optimize the construction of digital infrastructure, promote the coordinated development of regional digital economy, and optimize the intellectual property protection system. %K 数字经济,高技术产业,创新绩效,门槛效应,知识产权保护
