Study on the Elder-Oriented Structure and Life-Long Education of Public Museums in China—Taking the Guizhou Provincial Museum as an Example %A 谭晓霜 %A 龚卿民 %J Aging Research %P 70-76 %@ 2334-3524 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AR.2024.111011 %X 公共博物馆是我国终身教育的重要一环,也是对老龄群体进行思想文化宣传工作的主要场所之一。然而,通过对贵州省博物馆实地调研资料的分析,得出当下我国公共博物馆应对老龄群体的服务还有待完善,对于老龄群体终身教育的推进落实还有待加强。调研结果显示,我国公共博物馆应以助推社会终身教育建设为重要目标,从整合场馆资源优势、引进和培养优秀人才、拓宽公共教育的覆盖范围、探索老龄化服务路径等方面做出适当调整及合理改进,推动公共博物馆自身适老化建构,以更好地践行公众终身教育理念。
The public museum plays a crucial role in life-long education in China and is one of the main ideological and cultural popularization places for elder groups. However, analysis of field research data of the Guizhou Provincial Museum reveals that the public museum in China needs to improve its services for the elder groups and the promotion and implementation of life-long education for the elder groups needs to be strengthened. The survey results show that public museums in China should take the promotion of social life-long education construction as an important goal. Some appropriate adjustments and reasonable improvements need to be made in terms of integrating museum resources, recommending and fostering talents, broadening public education coverage, and adding more services for the elders to promote the elder-oriented structure of public museums, so as to better practice the concept of life-long education for the public. %K 公共博物馆,适老化建构,终身教育
