Research Progress on Allelochemicals Extraction and Algal Inhibition %A 陈冠祥 %A 汪玉莹 %J Advances in Environmental Protection %P 142-151 %@ 2164-5493 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AEP.2024.141020 %X 湖泊水体富营养化问题一直受到国内外的高度重视,已成为全球性的水环境问题之一。但是一直未得到有效解决,利用植物所分泌的化感物质产生化感作用抑制水体藻类爆发,是公认的有效和生态友好手段。植物分泌的化感物质化学性质不同,作用机理也存在很大的差异,根据其作用的机理适当改变其抑藻的方式可以获得更好的作用效果。本文梳理了化感物质的作用机理,罗列了化感物质提取常见的方法即浸泡法、水提法和醇提法(有机物提取法),概述了当前几种主要的化感抑藻作用方式。本研究结果可为进一步深入研究水生生态系统中化感抑藻及相关技术应用提供科学依据。最后对化感物质研究和应用前景进行展望,以期为下一步工作打下认识基础并对控藻技术研究和开发提供指导意义。
Lake Algal Bloom has been highly regarded at home and abroad, and has become one of the global water environment problems. However, it has not been effectively resolved. It is an effective and eco-friendly method to use allelochemicals secreted by plants to inhibit algal blooms in water. The chemical properties of allelochemicals secreted by plants are different, and the mechanism of action is also very different. According to the mechanism of action, we can get better effect by changing the way of inhibiting algae. In this paper, the action mechanism of allelochemicals was summarized, and the common methods of allelochemicals extraction, such as soaking, water extraction and alcohol extraction (organic matter extraction), were listed. The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for further research on allelopathy and algal control in aquatic ecosystems and the application of related technologies. Finally, the research and application prospect of allelochemicals are prospected, in order to lay a foundation for further work and provide guidance for the research and development of algal control technology. %K 化感物质,化感抑藻机理,化感物质提取,作用途径,化感复合材料
