Study on the Influence Pattern of Strata Grouting Reinforcement on the Segments Floating in Shallow Overburden Section of Zhuhai Tunnel %A 李政国 %A 包鹤立 %A 张子新 %A 黄昕 %J Hans Journal of Civil Engineering %P 208-219 %@ 2326-3466 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJCE.2024.132024 %X 本文针对珠海隧道工程浅覆土段盾构施工期上浮问题,采用ABAQUS有限元模拟软件对地层加固效果进行了研究,模拟考虑未加固和加固的情况,同时考虑盾构掘进过程中掌子面的位置,共设置8种工况,研究了地层注浆加固对隧道上浮、地表沉降、衬砌收敛变形的影响规律。结果显示地层注浆加固有效降低了加固区内的隧道顶部位移、隧道底部位移、隧道上浮量和衬砌收敛变形,盾构同步注浆压力会影响地层注浆加固效果。
In this paper, for the segments floating problem of shield tunnels in shallow overburden section of Zhuhai Tunnel Project during the construction period, ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to study the effect of strata reinforcement. The simulation considered both unreinforced and reinforced cases, and at the same time, considered the position of the tunnel face during shield tunneling, and set up a total of eight working conditions to study the influence of strata grouting reinforcement on the segments floating, the surface settlement, and the lining convergence deformation. The results show that the strata grouting reinforcement effectively reduces the displacements at the top of the tunnel and at the bottom of the tunnel, segments floating and lining convergence deformation in the reinforcement area, and the synchronized grouting pressure of the shield affects the effect of strata grouting reinforcement. %K 盾构隧道,管片上浮,地层加固
