The Effect of Health Self-Management Cognition on Physical Activity Behavior of College Students Majoring in Physical Education %A 黄思思 %A 张家玺 %A 蒋心萍 %J Advances in Physical Sciences %P 150-155 %@ 2334-3478 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/APS.2024.121024 %X 目的:调查健康自我管理认知对体育专业大学生体育锻炼行为的影响,为提升大学生体育教学效果提供科学依据。方法:于2023年9~10月选取广西2所高校470名大学生,采用成年人健康自我管理能力认知分量表、体育活动等级量表进行调查。结果:体育专业大学生健康自我管理认知量表评分(62.74 ± 6.376)分,体育锻炼行为量表评分(43.47 ± 25.846)分,不同性别、受教育程度、家庭居住地、自觉身体状况在体育专业大学生体育锻炼行为量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01),健康信念是体育专业大学生体育锻炼行为的影响因素(B = 0.856, P < 0.01)。结论:健康信念是体育专业大学生体育锻炼行为的影响因素,具有正向作用,可针对性制定提升体育教学效果的措施。
Objective: To investigate the influence of health self-management cognition on the physical exercise behavior of college students, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the teaching effect of physical education among college students. Methods: From September to October 2023, 470 college students from 2 universities in Guangxi Province were selected to conduct the survey using the Adult Health Self-Management Ability Cognitive Subscale and Physical Activity Rating Scale. Results: The scores for the health self-management cognition scale for sports major university students were (62.74 ± 6.376) points, and for the physical exercise behavior scale were (43.47 ± 25.846) points. There were statistically significant differences (P < 0.01) in the physical exercise behavior scale scores when comparing different genders, educational levels, family residences, and self-perceived health conditions. Health belief was identified as an influencing factor for the physical exercise behavior of sports major university students (B = 0.856, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Health belief is the influencing factor of physical exercise behavior of college students majoring in physical education, which has a positive effect, and measures to improve the effectiveness of physical education teaching can be formulated in a targeted manner. %K 大学生,健康自我管理认知,体育锻炼行为,体育教学,健康信念
