%X 本研究旨在探讨使用新中药复方软膏紫云膏对降低长期卧床老人压疮风险的效果，并与对照组进行比较，目标是降低20%的压疮发生率。研究选取了2022年7月至2022年12月期间东莞市东坑医院护理院的120名长期卧床老人作为观察对象，并将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组在实施预防压疮的基础护理措施的同时，使用紫云膏预防压疮的形成。对照组仅使用预防压疮的常规基础护理。研究观察和对比了两组老人发生压疮的概率。结果显示，观察组的老人发生压疮的概率明显低于对照组。综上所述，紫云膏对降低护理院长期卧床老人压疮风险具有重要的临床意义，并值得进一步研究和探讨。<br />
This study aims to investigate the effect of using a new traditional Chinese medicine compound ointment, Zi Yun Gao, on reducing the risk of pressure ulcers in elderly bedridden patients in nursing homes. The goal is to compare it with a control group and achieve a 20% reduction in pressure ulcer incidence. A total of 120 elderly bedridden patients from Dongkeng Hospital Nursing Home in Dongguan City, from July 2022 to December 2022, were selected as the study population and divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group received the routine basic nursing measures for pressure ulcer prevention along with the application of Zi Yun Gao to prevent pressure ulcer formation. The control group only received routine basic nursing for pressure ulcer prevention. The probability of pressure ulcer occurrence in the two groups was observed and compared. The results showed that the probability of pressure ulcer occurrence was significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group. In conclusion, Zi Yun Gao has important clinical significance in reducing the risk of pressure ulcers in elderly bedridden patients in nursing homes and further research and investigation are warranted.
