Study on the Effect of Different Ventilation Rates on the Biodrying of Rural Sludge %A 刘甜甜 %A 王梦菲 %A 吴小苏 %A 刘俊峰 %A 温江丽 %J Advances in Environmental Protection %P 173-180 %@ 2164-5493 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AEP.2024.141024 %X 为实现农村污泥的减量化和资源化,采用了自主设计的农村污泥生物干化试验装置,以啤酒糟为调理剂,研究了不同通风量对农村污泥生物干化的影响效果,设3个试验堆体,采用10 min开/20 min关的间歇通风方式,其通风量分别为1.0、1.5和1.9 L/(min.kg干物质),试验周期为18 d,测定了堆体温度(平均温度、积累温度)、水分(含水率、水分去除量)、挥发性固体(VS)、pH、O2和CO2等指标,研究结果表明,当采用10 min开/20 min关的间歇通风方式,通风量为1.5 L/(min.kg干物质)时生物干化效果较理想,此时有利于堆体温度的升高、水分的去除以及VS的降解,同时发现在生物干化过程中不必对堆体的pH进行调整。
In order to achieve the reduction and resource utilization of rural sludge, a self-designed rural sludge biodrying experimental device was adopted, with beer lees as a bulking agent. The effect of different ventilation rates on rural sludge biological drying was studied. Three experimental piles were set up, and an intermittent ventilation mode of 10 min on/20 min off was adopted, with ven-tilation rates of 1.0, 1.5, and 1.9 L/(min. kg dry matter), respectively. The experimental period was 18 days. The temperature (average temperature and accumulation temperature), moisture content (moisture content and moisture removal amount), volatile solids (VS), pH, O2, and CO2 were measured. The research results showed that the best drying effect was achieved when the ventila-tion rate was 1.5 L/(min. kg dry matter), which was conducive to the increase of reactor tempera-ture, removal of moisture, and degradation of VS. At the same time, it was found that the pH of the reactor did not need to be adjusted during the biodrying process. %K 农村污泥,生物干化,通风量
