%X 早发性卵巢功能不全发病率日益上升，影响女性月经及生育，现代中医对于本病的认识以肾虚为主要病机，与肝、脾、心相关，兼夹血瘀。在治疗上根据辨证论治，随证加减。同时运用中成药、中医外治法如针灸、埋线、中药保留灌肠等方法，充分发挥中医的治疗优势。<br />
The incidence of early onset ovarian insufficiency is increasing, affecting women’s menstruation and fertility. Modern Chinese medicine recognizes kidney deficiency as the main pathogenetic mecha-nism of the disease, which is related to the liver, spleen and heart, and is accompanied by blood sta-sis. The treatment is based on the identification of the disease and the addition and subtraction of medicines according to the evidence. At the same time, proprietary Chinese medicines and external treatments of Chinese medicine, such as acupuncture and moxibustion, embedded threads, and Chinese medicine retention enema, are used to give full play to the therapeutic advantages of Chi-nese medicine.
