%X 粥是中国传统饮食与文化的重要组成部分,在佛教和道教文献中亦常见关于粥的记载。本文从粥的食疗药膳、辟谷过渡食物、节日食物和文化传播载体等身份出发,简要阐述粥在释道生活和文化交流领域的互动和影响。
Porridge is an important part of traditional Chinese diet and culture. It is also commonly recorded in Buddhist and Taoist literature. Based on the status of porridge as a therapeutic food, a transi-tional food for fasting, a festival food and a carrier of cultural communication, this paper briefly elaborates the interaction and influence of porridge in the field of Taoism life and cultural exchange.
